Get on the move

This guy approached me long long time ago. And I had difficulties in doing his request but he begged me to the signage, which I thought as a favor since I've already accepted the order and had to reject due to unforeseen circumstances.

Its so hard to get me going. Quilling is my passion. But lately it became a burden. Maybe because of the ofice hiatus and all I couldn't let myself in the picture of enjoying myself with quilling. Deep down I feel blessed with the gift. It keeps my life colorful. Wonderful. Satisfied. Content.

Im hoping for a better me. Urghhh. Blerghhhhh.

Halfway thank yous

Have been silent for almost 2 weeks due to overwhelming workloads. Ehem. To say the least, I have a life. A life that requires me to live with happy faces. Forcefully. Ehem.

What a face.

Blame the happy genes.

And I like to keep it that way.

Okay, the sister had asked me to make her a thank you card. At first I thought of doing a simple card with a flower on it. But it was too lame. And lazy. Being lazy is what I am, thank you very much.

But then I feel like I want to do something different but not that complicated. Yes. L.A.Z.Y.

So I'm halfway there now :)





The card supposed to be black but I like it when it turns green like a blackboard when I edited the photos.

I hope I can finish this on the weekends. So I could start on a new guestbook which due early July.

And ohh. Gotta go!

Story of a lazy bum

Time killer II

So I quilled. And backpain. So I dont think I'll survive making this for hours. No. Seriously. No. NO.

Surprisingly I was so rajin to do something not that special. But trying my best to give the specialness feeling on to what I've been doing. Of cos maaa... People pay maaa.

Time killer.

Most of the time of a day I spend at work. Boooooring.

On weekends, I spend the time entertaining myself. Ehem. And most of the money spend on weekends. Urghhh.

Ok ok. Now we talk about after work. Feel like eating, I eat. Feeling like talking, I talk. Feeling like reading, I read. Feeling like watching TV, I watch. Feeling like surfing the net, I surf.

Feeling like quilling, I quill :D

So I quill.



If I dont feel like continuing where I have left, staring is the best thing to do.

So I stare.

I stare again tonight.

Because I feel like I dont want to quill tonight.

Maybe tommorrow. Maybe.....

Goldie locks

When someone requested a flowery design, yes it did kills me until its complete.

And for Nabila and Salim's wedding, their theme is garden and gold. So I was looking all over the internet for inspiration.

Turned out, I really in love with one design from Namizam's crazy about leaves. Sorry I cannot link because of the phone. But you can google him and he also has facebook.

Because I really really dont have any idea on flower arrangement. Totally blank. But who doesnt love flowers, right?

So I decided to use his design as inspiration. So its not originally came from my super blunt brain.















Features are same like before.

This baby did kills my back and kills my sleeping hour. And due to my short trip, I dont have ample time to deal with this baby which is time consuming.

However, the satisfaction does kill everything in between. So as at now I'm super high with the result.

Okay, okay.I'm sober now.

The blues

Whenever I search for inspiration to design I will only got starstruck to which inspired me the most : THE BASIC.

Whatever it was, barcodes turn into posters, matchbox arts, and ohhh basic coils. Yes, again. BASIC.

I love how the circles formed into one of the greatest art. Urmm but mine, not yet laaa... But I really like everything round and circles and cute.

Then I thought I should do that for my next design. In blue. Herherheeheeeee

So there you go!












I really like the blue tone. Actually I dont really fancy blue color but this one make me want to eat 'em or kiss 'em or whatever you do when dealing with cuteness. Haha

So then I heard the couple really loves it. Ohhh nearly teared my eyes (reaaalllyyyy????).

The features of this guestbook is same like before. Because I use my phone to update my blog so its a bit hard for me to cut and paste here and there. And yes I dont remember.

I know the design was inspired from Yulia. And I know to some people its nothing to them. But to me, IT IS SOMETHING THAT I CAN BE PROUD OF MYSELF at my current situation.

And it is specially made for a wedding to begin with, of course its something! Haha

I wanted to finish this one quickly so I can spare some time for packing up stuff for the trip :)

I love the colour, how they turn so well and blend perfectly! Like trees in autumn.

On Wanie's big day!

I'm currently at home sweet home, breathe in the scent of home and new painted wall. Urghh. And my mom already hanged her new curtains for the living room and dining room. It looks seriously beautiful and how I am proud of the day curtain I chose with my mom months back. It looks lovely. And how I wish I could buy one for my own house soon. Urghhh.

Ok.

Back to Wanie's big day. I was all up for weeks just to make sure I can deliver on time. And seriously it was fun doing it. And I was doing all that all by myself. Except when I was back at home, and got my sisters all busybody lending hands to help. Hmmphhh. Thank you sisters :D

Despite of all the glory, I ended up not having the opportunity to arrange the table myself. It kind of disappointment but what the hell, I ALREADY DID THE BIG PART OF IT! Hahaha

I feel kind of ashamed at first, and to quote the price, you how hard it is when it comes with friends. I'm not confident enough about all of this because this is my first time doing it that's why I felt it very very very hard.

The most important part is, my friend and her family love it! That's where my smile came from for days. Haha. And I love it too! I love the guestbooks, I love the signage, I love the super sweet topiaries, I love all of them!

I think I mumbled just enough for the super super beautiful photos taken by my super sweet Mr Photographer :)
