1. Of all my designs are created to suit your *or to whom you wanted to give it to* preferences in colors, styles, quilling designs, sizes and most of all its tailor-made just for you. None of the cards look so alike. And if I was to have to try my hardest to copy the previous design, it might look the same but it's still different!!
2. Help me help you!! Let me know the favorite color(s), the designs you prefer/ interested, the sizes, the budget *designs will suits your budget*, the dates *dates of which you planned on giving the cards - if it's not for yourself :P*, what else? More details are welcome with lots of smile in my face :D
3. You have your own ideas in mind?? Let me know your thoughts! I would love love love fresh ideas and I love it when people can be so generous with ideas and very creative in thinking of making qullings more interesting! Share with me, please?
4. Having a day job is another story. Allow me 2 to 4 weeks preparing your request(s). I'm sorry if I miss your big date(s). I'm sorry I can't fulfill your needs or wants or whatever. I'm truly sorry. I AM. And that's why an early plan is required :)
5. Payment has to be made upon confirmation of order. I will provide you the account no *Maybank is preferable* and let me know once you have paid *with proof/ receipt* and that will leave me a big grin on my face $_$ THANK YOU!
6. Shipping details and postal charges will be provided once you confirmed the order ok?
7. All tailor-made item(s) requested by you are not refundable/ returnable. It's FINAL.
